Kirby is doing a heck of a job for the salary he is paid - yes or no?
Football: B+ (would be A with 10 win season or Conf championship)

So when you look at it we had two programs that earned an A (mens golf and track), with football on a huge rise…everything else was average at best to very very poor.
How would you grade our performance across all sports? I’m sure many will just say “football is all that matters”, but an AD should be evaluated across all sports too.

My assessment, our athletics are about as poor as our academic rankings - just crap performance for what is being invested currently.

- Won bowl game against SEC opponent

- Finished tied for last in conference
- Coach fired
- Didn’t make the tourney
W Basketball: D
- Finished 8th out of 10
- Won a couple of games in the WNIT
Baseball: C+
- Finished 6th out of 9 teams
- Made the tourney (didn’t host)
- Poor RPI
- Bounced in regionals after starting 2-0
Softball: F
- Finished tied for last in conference
- Failed to make NCAA tournament
M Golf: A
- #1 amateur golfer
- Second in Big 12 tourney to OU
- Advanced past regionals
- Playoff loss for top 15
- Should have gone further but had a great team
W Golf: B
- Finished 5th in conference championship
- Advanced past regionals
- T 11 in finals
M Tennis: B
- Finished T3
- Lost in 1st round of NCAA Tournament
W Tennis: B
- Finished Tied for 5th in conference
