May have already been discussed, hard to keep up with all the threads right now. I'm assuming the wheels on finding a replacement have been spinning for a few weeks now as a contingency plan, with it really getting traction over the last week.
We can probably assume that 1) Kirby has a short list and 2) contact has likely been made with the people on his list in some form or fashion. How soon can we expect him to name a new guy? If this process drags out it could be disastrous for the recruiting cycle.
