I have been listening to the radio reports about how some colleges are trying to prepare for the financial dip that we are about to take collectively. I think one thing is clear- we have to get a football season in somehow this year.
Football pays the bills and this year that money it needs to generate will have an enormous effect on Tech's efforts to get out of this mess. Reports are coming in where some colleges are eliminating non-revenue sports like men's soccer in attempts to trim the budget. Working within the constraints of title IV will dictate who goes and who stays.
