Houston Game/Restaurants

I'm bringing the wife and two boys to the Houston game. It'll be their first Tech football game and their first time in Lubbock (wife is from Russia). I have reservation at The Nicolette on Friday night. Looking for a good Mexican restaurant for Thursday night? We're going to hit Eve Mays for lunch Friday. Depending on what time the game is Saturday will determine where we go for lunch/dinner. Just looking for some recs.
