with the program's first junior day event being held this weekend, wanted to share the current 2026 recruiting hotboard for both the offense and defense this week
this hotboard and the prospects listed are offers only, so between now and the spring these lists could look a lot different - especially with new coordinators on both sides of the ball
if a certain prospect is highlighted, then it does not really mean they are a higher priority or leaning towards Texas Tech...if anything, it means the Red Raiders are in a 'top schools' list or the prospect is visiting this weekend
the 'Athletes' are the most difficult prospects to project for offense or defense, so I did my best based on previous interviews and common sense
the hotboard for the defense will be posted later this week
