KSU probably on the happy fun ball side of the bubble. They are .500 on the road and overall have a winning home record. 7-10 in conference play I think puts them at the last Big 12 invite...for the moment.

Kansas State has had an interesting season. They've won at Oklahoma, at Oklahoma State, at Baylor, at Texas, and at TCU - but have won two straight conference games only once. They haven't won at home since January. They are coming off a win at TCU.

This is Tech's last chance to get a conference road win, and they need it badly. If they do not win this game, they must play on Saturday just to get on the bubble. With a win, Tech will have beaten qualifiers Baylor, Iowa State, West Virginia, and Kansas State...maybe.

Beating KSU may actually put the Wildcats out and Tech in. I'm sure Kansas State is aware of that, and it's their last home game, and they haven't won consecutive conference games in weeks. Kansas State needs this win badly. This game may not be a must win for KSU, but a win for them will go a long way toward a more relaxing Selection Sunday.

The Play-In games for Tech started with Texas, and the Raiders passed that test. This is the next of what will end up being four straight must-win games for the Raiders. One game at a time, five minutes at a time. Just five minutes at a time, Tech! Do something to win for five minutes.
