Still working on adding thoughts to this.....
  • Arizona State
    • BJ Freeman - Guard - Milwaukee - 6'6
    • Alston Mason - Guard - Miss. State - 6'1
    • Basheer Jihad - Forward - Ball State - 6'9
    • Austin Nunez - Guard - Ole Miss - 6'2
      • Thoughts: They added much needed talent and scoring in Alston Mason and Freeman but those guys are making big jumps and are high usage players. I think ASU is going to be below average next year.
  • Arizona
    • Tobe Awaka - Big - Tennessee - 6'8
    • Trey Townsend - Forward - Oakland - 6'6
    • Anthony Dell'orso - Guard - Campbell -6'6
      • Thoughts - Awaka is someone I am high on as a twitchy front court guy and Townsend can play even though he is undersized. Dell'Orso can score but might lack the physicality for the B12. A solid transfer class that really fits Zona well. They'll be good.
  • Baylor
    • Jeremy Roach - Guard - Duke - 6'2
    • Norchad Omier - Big - Miami - 6'7
      • Thoughts - Omier and Roach are very talented and two of the better portal recruits this offseason. Roach will step right into that Rayj Jennings role and Omier will be productive offensively. But I still think Baylor will struggle a bit defensively next year. Top 10 team imo.
  • BYU
    • N/A
  • Cinci
    • Arrinten Page - Big - USC - 6'11
    • Connor Hickman - Guard - Bradley - 6'2
      • Thoughts - Cinci returns alot and didn't have a ton of spots. Page is a former big time recruit who hasn't done much and Hickman can really shoot the ball. Cinci should be a tournament team next year by virtue of returners.
  • Colorado
    • Elijah Malone - Big - Grace College - 6'10
    • Andrej Jakimovski - Forward - Wazzu - 6'7
    • Trevor Baskin - Forward - CO. Mesa - 6'9
      • Thoughts: Colorado might be in danger.
  • Houston
    • Milos Uzan - Guard - OU - 6'4
      • Thoughts: Houston only had one spot and filled it with a Jamal Shead replacement. No one can replace him but Uzan is a good player. They return everyone else and should be a top 5 team.
  • Iowa State
    • Joshua Jefferson - Big - St. Marys - 6'7
    • Brandton Chatfield - Big - Seattle - 6'10
    • Nate Heise - Guard - NIU - 6'5
    • Dishon Jackson - Big - Charlotte - 6'11
      • Thoughts - ISU returned almost their entire team except their front court. And they filled up with guys that fit the system well. Josh Jefferson is a tremendous defender and Heise looks like was made in a lab for ISU. Another top 5 team imo.
  • Kansas
    • Rylan Griffen - Guard - Bama - 6'6
    • AJ Storr - Guard - Wisconsin - 6'7
    • Zeke Mayo - Guard - South Dakota State - 6'4
      • Thoughts - Self clearly knew what last year's team was lacking so he went out and got perimeter size, scoring and athleticism. Storr was one of the best scorers in the B10, Griffen is a uber aggressive marksmen with size and Mayo was one of the best MM guards in the country. Probably a top ten team but some iffy fits imo.
  • Kansas State
    • Baye Fell - Big - Arky - 6'11
    • Brendan Hausen - Guard - Villanova - 6'4
    • CJ Jones - Guard - UIC - 6'4
    • Dug McDaniel - Guard - Michigan - 5'11
      • Thoughts - McDaniels is very good and fits what Tang does well but the rest of the additions so far are very meh. Looks like a bubble team to me.
  • Okie State
    • Robert Jennings - Big - Texas Tech - 6'7
    • Arturo Dean - FIU - Guard -5'11
    • Devo Davis - Guard - Arky - 6'4
      • Thoughts - So many jokes I could make. They will likely be towards the bottom of the conference.
  • TCU
    • Brendan Wenzel - Wing - Wyoming - 6'6
    • Noah Reynolds - Guard - Green Bay - 6'3
    • Frankie Collins - Guard - Arizona State - 6'1
    • RJ Jones - Guard - K State - 6'3
      • Thoughts - Frankie Collins fits the up-tempo style Dixon likes but can't shoot, Reynolds is very skilled but I wonder how he handles the jump in transition, Wenzel is a good shooter and Jones is an upside play. TCU will likely be hanging around the bubble.
  • Texas Tech
    • Federiko Federiko - Big - Pitt - 6'11
    • Elijah Hawkins - Guard - Minnesota - 5'11
    • Kevin Overton - Guard - Drake - 6'5
      • Thoughts - Hard to make a call either way yet. I absolutely love Hawkins. Overton has a ton of upside and the rim protection of Fede is useful although he is a limited player. Still missing a difference maker in the front court and creation. Solid start but where they go determines if they are a tournament team or conference contenders.
  • UCF
    • JJ Taylor - Wing - Memphis - 6'7
    • Keyshawn Hall - Wing - George Mason - 6'7
    • Benny Williams - Wing - Syracuse - 6'8
    • Mikey Williams - Guard - Memphis - 6'3
      • Thoughts: It's like UCF is trying to emulate the Portland JailBlazers from the early 2000's. Good luck with that locker room. Will still probably be annoying to play. Not a tournament team tho.
  • Utah
    • Miro Little - Guard - Baylor - 6'4
    • Zach Keller - Big - Wake Forest - 6'10
    • Mason Madsen - Guard - Boston College - 6'3
    • Keanu Dawes - Big - Rice - 6'9
      • Thoughts - Miro Little has intriguing upside but yikes other than that. Another B12 cellar dwellar.
  • WVU
    • Javon Small - Guard - Okie State - 6'3
    • Eduardo Andre - Big - Fresno State - 6'10
    • Toby Okani - Wing - UIC - 6'7
    • Amani Hansberry - Big - Illinois - 6'8
    • Sencire Harris - Guard - Illinois - 6'3
    • Tucker Devries - Wing - Drake - 6'7
      • Thoughts - The cupboard was really bare for Devries but he has done a solid job. His son and Javon Small is a very good duo and Okani can really defend. They will likely be a middle of the pack B12 team and fringe tournament team imo.
