Honest Question: Our S&C program vs other D1

I keep seeing y'all talk how small our guys are compared to other teams. We didn't seem small compared to other big 12 schools. Yeah Arkansas has some big guys and all. What are other strength programs doing that we aren't? We have top notch facilities, what is S&C coach Joey brought from Baylor really do different? I've heard a lot of good things about Baylors Strength program from a family member of mine he was a coach at Stephenville that had players of his say that Tech's program isn't any different from Baylors regarding training and nutrition.
