I don’t know if Wells can be successful but getting rid of Yost is a must if we are to have him back for a 3rd year
I like that Wells runs the ball but we’ve got to have an explosive offense to really win some games. I’m sure it could be adapted to run a bit more but he is a good up and coming offensive mind.
I still don’t get the Wells decision making but maybe some of these calls go our way in the future. Wells may not have have the highest rated classes but he is doing a solid job with the roster and the team plays hard all game.
Unless we lose to KU, I expect he will be back so I want to see a really good OC to give us a chance at taking a step forward.
