I've done a carb-cycling version of Keto for the past several months and it's worked fairly well in conjunction with lifting/cardio (started at 212 and down to 190) but I've hit a bit of a plateau and wanted to try something different (and less labor-intensive). So Intermittent Fasting was brought to my attention and I'm giving it a shot.
Dont really have much of an issue with the fasting part cause I'm not a big breakfast guy anyway so going from 8p-12p isnt too difficult for me as far as hunger goes. My questions for the masses are these - how long do you fast and what do you eat when you come out of it? Curious if this will help me shave those last 5% of stubborn f'ing body fat. I'm in the gym 5 mornings a week doing weights and/or HIIT. Plenty of energy during my fasted workouts when i drink my BCAA's so that hasnt been an issue.
