Haven't had Pecan Lodge but I am going to have to put this place pretty high. Railhead is really good and I like Baker Bros in Dallas as well. Its kind of hard to pick the best because there really is just a lot of outstanding BBQ but if you haven't tried Hard 8 I would definitely give it a shot. Heard Lockhart is quite good as well.
