I've known this day was coming for a few weeks, but that doesn't make things any easier. She was in so much pain from the cancer that riddled her lungs and elsewhere throughout her little body. Little Midge was a funny damn dog that made so many people laugh throughout her life. Tremendously sweet and great with kids. There was a sense of unequivocal trust that she had in me. I can't really describe what I'm trying to say, but I'm going to miss that greatly. She was the snoringest, burpingest, fartingest dog I've ever known. And I will miss all that too. She made an impact on my family, and will always hold a special place in my heart. #nomorepain
