Wanting something fairly lightweight for spotlighting varmints in West, Tx. Have a 223 but wanting something a little quieter and semi auto. Should I wait and see where the 17 WSM goes and if they decide to mass produce the semi auto or go with the safer bet of the HMR?
I know there are more expensive options but leaning toward this one and get a decent scope.
