Grand county Colorado golf?

looks like the 3 closest options to our Airbnb are Pole Creek, Gramby Ranch, and Grand Elk. I will be with my 74 year old dad who moves a little slow these days, so if there is one that is easier/less topography than the others that might be better. Anyone played these courses fairly recently/have any recommendations?
