Wow... working on his second masters degree..
I've always been one to say that college athletes shouldn't be paid.. though they do deserve everything they get... nice housing, food or a stipend for food.. and I think a small stipend to help them with gas and other incidentals is good.. I know they get something, but I don't know the amount.. and of course all of their tuition paid and books if you are on full scholarship.
BUT when a student athlete truly works on being a student, they can really raise their value to the workforce. A bachelor's and two master's when he leaves Tech... what an accomplishment and he's made himself very valuable to future employers out there.
