“Toughest Team Wins,” is a familiar saying inside the UH basketball program.
It all starts at 6:30 a.m. in June.
“It builds a lot of mental toughness, which I think is a key to this program,” redshirt junior guard Emanuel Sharp said. “It’s hard. It’s difficult. That’s why it’s not for everybody. Everybody on this team is built for it. That’s why we are in position to make great runs in the (NCAA) tournament.”
