We need this guy here for a minimum of 5 yrs w/the magic number for me being 6yrs...this will provide significant continuity to a defense that has been inconsistent and riddled w/players that have zero schematic consistency...if Gibbs can bring the attitude and culture that UH has, we will be a force in the Big 12 and nationally and Gibbs will be able to "pick" his first HC job.
