Gibbs

I believe Kirby likes Gibbs and the improvement that has been made on defense. The defense hasn't quit all season and has been pretty consistent.

Any thoughts on the likelihood on Kirby promoting him to keep some continuity? Would anyone on here be agreeable to that or do we have to clean house?
