3. Charles Dawes was Calvin Coolidge's vice president, and he's the only VP with a number one hit. Before he got into politics, he composed a song called "Melody in A Major". A singer named Tommy Edwards recorded a pop version with lyrics in 1958, and it was number one hit on the Billboard chart for six weeks.

4. In Pakistan's version of "Sesame Street", Oscar the Grouch is named Akhtar and he lives in a rusty oil barrel.

5. Superman was originally supposed to be a bad guy. Jerry Siegel created Superman in 1933 for a short story called "The Reign of the Superman". A year later, he decided it made more sense for him to be a hero.

Marky Ramone is 64 or 68. The Ramones drummer. He replaced original drummer Tommy Ramone in 1978. All four original Ramones are dead, but Marky was in the band a lot longer than Tommy. Marky has a band now called Blitzkrieg.

Jesse Ventura is 69. Former Minnesota Governor.

Linda Ronstadt is 74. Rock & Roll Hall of Famer with a bad case of Parkinsons. In addition to her own stellar career, she's responsible for the formation of the Eagles. Original Eagles Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Randy Meisner and Bernie Leadon were all members of her backing band.
