I’m looking to list my house this weekend FSBO and there’s one step I cannot figure out. What’s the best company for flat fee MLS Listings? I got the professional pictures, staged the house, got a real estate buddy to run the comps, etc. but there seems to be no concensus on this issue.
FWIW I live in SW Austin, $300-400k type neighborhood. I fully understand that I could get an agent and sell the place in a week, but I’m interested in the process and want to go through it myself. Yes, I plan on paying the 3% to the buyers agent.
