Was the associate head coach at LSU for 5 years and was named recruiter of the year three different times (in the SEC).
Just signed the highest rated recruiting class in CUSA history this last year.
The Guy obviously knows how to attract talent, but can he coach? Going to a bowl game in year one tells me he can.
