Fouling Moretti at end of game

I'm stating the obvious that Moretti is a solid free throw shooter. On the inbound plays at the end of the game if I was Ok State I would have put two guys on Moretti, one guy on the rest of Tech's players and not guard the inbound passer. Any thoughts?
