Is it just me, or does it seem like they’ve been getting mailed out later and later each year? I’m fairly certain that I used to receive in late July, but the past couple years it’s been well into August.
I remember last year (or maybe 2017) there was an issue with the printer that caused the delay, but was hoping we’d be back to getting them earlier this year.
