First time going to NYC

My wife and I are going to the big apple for the first time in the middle of December for 5 days, and just wanted some pro tips from you guys. We plan on going to see the 9/11 memorial and going to the Statue of Liberty and seeing a show on Broadway. Other than that I need recommendations.

What are some restaurants y’all recommend? Anything I should plan for ahead of time?

Also I already looked at google before anyone chimes in with that.
