That was a basketball game.
-Tech found a way, largely due to how inept Kansas State is at playing basketball. The Red Raiders did not play very well at all tonight and it was a slog throughout the entirety. Tech won because K-State couldn't score for the final 5:50 of the game. It's a win, but yeesh.
-Hawkins had a solid night statistically, but also had some moments where he looked lost. Finished with 14 points and 9 assists but had a couple turnovers. Did enough to win, I guess.
-D5 did not play very well either. Missed some bunnies early but finished with 16 points, including the one to ice it.
This about sums it up. Sorry for the lack of effort here but I am truly at a loss on what to write about. Ugly, ugly basketball game that Tech is lucky to not have dropped. Bounce back on Saturday back at home.
EDIT: Obviously glad with the win, you celebrate them all. And was impressed with 40 of 61 points in the paint after looking at the box again. Wins a win.
