Favorite Queso?

I figure this is as about as good of a spot to post, as we have a slew of foodies/mexican food aficionados.

What/where is your favorite queso?

I have had more queso than I care to comment on, but my all time favorite is definitely Lupe Tortilla. I try to find better, but just keep coming back to it.
