evolution is not perfect so the end results (scratch that as there is no end result). but the process of evolution produces oddities. So the general population having intelligence has in places like America grown to have acceptance of those who are different but we are having difficulty integrating them into society or the military.
I think if one wants to serve they can but not with "special". accommodations or treatment. That is where the deviates and us run into problems. ??
