Very brief article about Ian Sadler that I'm posting just because I like Jakeem's quote:
Grant had a few words to share about Sadler specifically and said he feels Sadler is going to be a go-to guy for Mahomes.
“Once I leave here who's Pat going to throw it to?” Grant said. “You’re creating a stepping stone for next year, and so that’s what (he) did Saturday and I know he has it in him.”

Texas Tech sophomore wide receiver Ian Sadler has battled injury this season and missed three games, but has returned to the Red Raider lineup and is looking to be a playmaker.
Sadler missed the loss against Baylor and the two wins against Iowa State and Kansas.
He returned against Oklahoma and had a shaky start, but Tech offensive coordinator Eric Morris said Sadler is getting back to his normal self after the game against Oklahoma State this weekend.
“It hurt us when he went down there for three games, but got to keep him healthy”, Morris said. “(Patrick Mahomes II) is looking for (Sadler) and hit him on some seam balls and ran some great out routes and some options underneath.”
His last game before his injury was against the Texas Christian Horned Frogs, where he tallied 25 receiving yards on two catches.
Against Oklahoma, Sadler caught three passes from Mahomes for 40 yards.
Sadler hauled in eight receptions for 122 yards for the Red Raiders in the 70-53 loss to Oklahoma State.
Morris said Sadler is developing into a go-to guy from his play against Oklahoma State.
“He was a lot faster this week,” Morris said. “You could tell on film he’s finally getting back to himself and playing fast.”
Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury said he believes Sadler was at full speed against the Cowboys.
Kingsbury also addressed the chemistry between Tech quarterback Patrick Mahomes II and Sadler, especially on third down.
“(Sadler) and (Mahomes) have a great rapport, and he seems to get open when Pat starts moving around,” Kingsbury said. “But I thought Ian in the Oklahoma game was a little slower, little hampered still, but I think he was full-speed this last week and has a good chance to be a very good player for us.”
Senior wide receiver Jakeem Grant had 323 all-purpose yards against Oklahoma State.
Grant is one of the veteran leaders on this team and said he is prepared to see what the team will be able to do in the years to come.
