Downgrading Cable/internet options

I'm in fort worth and it looks like Frontier (Verizon) is my only option for Internet service??? Does that sound right?

The bundle that Frontier is offering (for a customer that has been with them for 10 years) is literally double what bundles with Direct TV, or dish is offering.

What options do I have for Internet?

Any feedback is great.
