Anyone here have any experience with this? Vet recommended surgery. My MIL did the surgery a couple of years ago with her dog, and she said it was awful. The recovery process was a bad experience and she said she wouldn’t have done the surgery if she had to do it again. My neighbors dog had a similar injury and they did nothing, and it eventually healed and the dog is fine now.
