With about 5 minutes to go in the Baylor game their QB got smashed after releasing a pass. Started watching him and he was holding his head. I could've sworn he had a concussion. He could handle the plays but he just seemed to be wandering around a little. In their next series, he had to scramble for a loose ball and took another minor hit. After the next play the ref signaled for Baylor to get him off the field. Even his own linemen looked concerned for him. Of course when he goes to the sideline he laughs it off. But what got me was that I didn't see a Baylor doctor even come over to check him out and he was back on the field after one play. I swear that dude had a concussion by just the way he was walking and holding his head. Down by more than 2 tds, I couldn't believe they let him back on that field without a thorough concussion evaluation. Was this discussed earlier or did anyone else take notice?
Did I miss any comments about the probable concussion Smith had in our game?
