on first glance the commitment list doesnt look too dissimilar from what we are accustomed to, almost all 3 stars with a 4 star sprinkled in - but the main difference between these guys and classes of the recent past are the collection of other P5 offers. figured this would be an interesting look into what schools we find ourselves facing off against. a few of them are a little surprising:
5 commits hold an offer from
kansas
4 commits hold an offer from
arizona
arkansas
georgia tech
3 commits hold an offer from
colorado
iowa state
kansas state
missouri
and then 14 other P5 schools either offering 1 or 2 commits
kansas, kansas state, and iowa state are no strangers but with the new staff it looks like we are facing off against semi-regional schools in missouri, arizona, arkansas, georgia tech, and colorado as often as (if not more than) we are against direct regional rivals in baylor, tcu, and oklahoma state. just thought that was interesting.
