Hello all, this is me writing just on pure speculation.
Ever since Grant addressed why Chance and D5 didn’t play in the game against U of H in Lubbock and Grant called D5 out by name for not playing that game, it has left me perplexed and curious as to if he is actually happy here.
I don’t know if anyone else knows this but, D5 just got a new agent who represents Milos Uzan (Houston) and Pop Issacs(Creighton) both who were heavily shopped last offseason, I would not be surprised if D5 tests the portal out if he doesn’t go to the NBA.
The way D5 behaves is just completely different than last year, and the whole injury situation has been quite interesting and odd at the same time. His mannerisms are different, body language is completely off, and even the way he plays, like at the start of the season it was fine, until the Houston game in Lubbock, I was completely fine with believing he would come back for another season or even test the waters of the NBA, but I have been thinking about Grants press conference with the media and that has made me think there is an issue with D5’s state in the program.

I really think TTU is gonna pull hard to get him to come back but NO player is safe in this day in age of NIL
