I've been thinking about our starting rotation, and strategy around it.

If I were making the call, I would go:

Gm 1: Kilian (Harpenau)
Gm 2: Dusek (Shetter)
Gm 3: Martin (Quezada, Harpenau, Kilian, Dusek)

Kilian is our best pitcher as a starter and reliever. (10 starts, 8-1 3.63 ERA , 9 relief appearances, 1-1 1.13 ERA). Throwing him in game 1 gives us the slim possibility to throw him in Gm 3 (all assumptions). Harpenau would be the first arm out of the pen if Kilian struggles. Harpenau has been awesome as a reliever, especially when he comes in with runners on (roughly 19 inherited with only 2 scoring).

Dusek is our most unique starter, in that he averages only 2.1 IP per start. He is essentially a reverse reliever when paired with Shetter. Dusek has an ERA of 1.86 as a starter, and 2.11 in 15 relief appearances. Shetter would spell him for a long relief appearance. Shetter is our top long reliever, and has been on fire recently. He has a 2.79 ERA in the tournament, with an 0.828 WHIP. On the year, his WHIP is 1.127 with a .303 OBP against, which is second to only Quezada.

Game 3 would go to Davis Martin. Our most experienced starter in terms of innings pitched. Davis has struggled with his command, and has had a fairly short leash as of late, but he is still Davis Martin. If he can give us 4+ innings, then we are in great shape. From there, you have Quezada and Harpenau, with a possibility of throwing McMillon, Kilian, Shetter, or Dusek depending on their work load thus far.

If we are playing a 4th game, then we will be having the best season in Tech history. Since Game 4 would be either 4 or 5 days after game 1, we could throw Kilian again if he didn't go in game 3, or throw Dusek. It is hard to speculate based on the fact that Game 4 is either 1 or 3 days after game 3 depending on how we're doing.

If Tech is in a big hole in a non-elimination game at any point, this all goes out the window. Tadlock will put any warm body on the mound just to avoid using up his more reliable arms. It is frustrating to watch, but it is a strategy that has worked for him. Our offense is our best aspect, and if there is no use wasting arms if we aren't scoring runs.
