What is something that happened to you that nobody would believe!?

I was showing a house one time, the master bedroom closet fluorescent light caught fire, there were two dogs in their kennel on the other end of the closet. The ceiling was on fire, plastic cover was melting (literally raining fire), I jump across the floor fire, grab the kennels, run outside and proceed to watch the house my client was about to buy burn down.
