COVID - Quarantine Question

Wife tested positive today..

Here is the timeline, Tuesday she was around someone that was positive, Wednesday she was notified by that person. Thursday morning we ship her off into quarantine. Today positive

Question: What do I and the family need to do? Am thinking get everyone tested tomorrow, PCR test 2 days for results, and quarantine until Thursday morning if test results come back negative
