I've been seeing the Carpet Tech logo on the Covered S ranch gate driving up 84 this year. I also followed a big dually with Carpet Tech logo and a CT brand of some sort northbound a couple of weeks ago. The property is between Snyder and Justiceburg. A little research finds that Chas Middleton listed this and sold it recently for 20 Million. It's roughly 23000 acres. Is the carpet cleaning and sales business that good? If so, I missed the boat sometime.
Oh, and Middleton has had a pretty good run lately, what with selling the Waggoner for north of 700 MILLION dollars.
