COSM Dallas (The Colony)

Has anyone been to COSM yet? Is it worth it? What is the best place to sit if yes.

Looks like they have started adding some college basketball games. But no Texas Tech games yet, only Baylor. They also have some Big XII tournament games on the schedule. Would be cool to have an event there next fall for a Tech football game.
