The ranking is a composite of all players currently on a teams roster based on the composite score (an average score for each player based on Rivals, Scout, ESPN, and 247 rankings) from a players most recent recruiting profile on TOS. IE, we get credit for Ondre Pipkins high school profile (even though we didn't sign him) because he is on our roster. On the other hand, we get credit for Derrick Willies JUCO ranking because he was re-evaluated at that point. I know I cannot include the link, but I believe discussion is fine? If not, please delete staff with my apologies!
I found this to be very interesting. Some teams have more talent (based ONLY on recruiting, not on the field performance) than I expected, while others are not as loaded based on what my perception has been of their recruiting.
