So my company is bringing in a compensation consultant to interview me and my boss and the cfo. It's our duty to suggest how we feel we should be compensated in bonuses and in regular pay both long term and short term. The consultant is an expert in this realm and has studied how large and small, slow and active companies pay in the O&G industry how. It would be helpful to get a feel for those here and in the business are incentivized to stay with their company. How does your company structure your compensation to keep you motivated to stay around short and long term as well as driven to produce for the company?
Compensation is looked as cash in your paycheck, healthcare coverage, 401k, quarterly and annual bonuses, equity and etc. Just looking for suggestions.
