Note: Yes, I know these are two very different rosters when comparing Utah State and Texas Tech. Yes, Wells had Jordan Love as well. But, I took a look regardless to see how consistent he was from year one to year two in terms of improvement.

I noticed the coordinators during his tenure were crucial. Very crucial. But, keep the previous in mind.
