Both of my sons are fairly competitive b-ballers (11 & 13), and they've elected to register this year for Coach Smith's camp as one of their activities this summer.

When I was playing competitive golf in HS, I tripped to LBK twice for golf sports camp. Definitely had a positive impact at the time.
