What’s everyone eating this fine Christmas night?

My family and the in laws just finished a rack of Kurobuta pork. Reverse seared it at 250 for 2 hours and finished at 500 for about 15 minutes. Simple rub of salt, pepper, garlic, sage and thyme.

On the side was a roasted garlic and brown butter sage mashed potatoes and some roasted brussels sprouts.

Good bottle of red wine. Great way to cap off a great Christmas Day with the fam.
