Chicken Fried Steak Update

They were badass. Many thanks to the folks who gave tips on how to do them. I can’t believe I’ve never tried that before in my 40 years considering how much I love CFS. The steaks and gravy turned out perfectly. Wife and kids approved.

I mainly used the @Judge Holden recipe but tweaked a few things based on many suggestions. Thanks again.
