NCAA reduces suspension from 4 games to 2 games which allows Young to be back for the Penn State and Michigan games (missing only Maryland and Rutgers games).
Interesting how the NCAA can make a final ruling in such a short amount of time on a potentially serious rule violation but can’t make a ruling on a hardship waiver that was submitted months and months ago.
