Aside from trying to ruin people's lives for stuff said decades ago (that was completely acceptable when at the time it was said), one of the worst things about woke culture is limiting the types of movies that can be made.
I was laughing with my brother talking about "Soul Man," a movie we both absolutely love. C. Thomas Howell plays a white man posing as a black man to get a scholarship and it's funny as hell. Today woke nation would lose their collective shit if this movie were made. White female liberals and black woke police would try to destroy the lives and careers of everyone involved.
Sadly people can't laugh anymore.
