Long sorry
So wife got in a wreck on the highway yesterday. Some guy in a F-150 ran into in her. Totally caved in his front end and the back of her Highlander. So of course her neck is hurting pretty bad this morning. Went to the ER and got checked out with nothing more than whiplashed diagnosis. Her pain continues to get worse. I'm assuming it will get better but if not I wanted to get some free RRS legal advice. Any of you attorneys have advice?
The kicker is I don't really know what you can do with a guy like this. Guy has all state, not sure if valid yet. Turns out he is a convicted felon with a long record, found 2 loaded firearms, meth, pot, a scale, was drunk, cops saw him toss his meth pipe off the overpass and had his kid in the front seat. So I'm guessing this guy is heading to prison for awhile. Not sure I want to mess with this guy.
