Car / Hail Damage

So big storm just moved into Plano, and my car is beat up. No broken glass but I've got damage on each driver panel, hood, roof, and trunk lid. Luckily This is my first go at this.

Do most people go to the preferred insurance shop or just take the check and shop around?

Any good shops around Plano?
