I know there is a lot of sales people on this board. Company I work for is fixing to move to some sort of capped commission plan going forward. I work for an international company and there is a ton of envy towards a group of us on the USA side that is spurring this. Anyone else dealt with this? IMO, it’s a bush league BS move. Everything I have read/researched online says it is a no-no. If you are making a ton then the company is making a fortune. I just don’t get it.
