Let's take a moment to realize that Texas Tech is about to have 3 first round draft picks, over the span of two sports, in just two years. Zhaire Smith was the first, Josh Jung will likely be next in early June, followed shortly by Culver in late June. Not to mention Mahomes getting drafted in the first round a few years ago, and now having won the MVP his first year of starting. We are living in the golden times of Tech sports, and the "year of suck" is clearly in the rear view mirror.
